A pest problem is rarely only about the pest. It is about a gap under a door, a bin store that is not being cleaned, or a delivery entrance propped open every afternoon. Kairos treats the infestation and then deals with whatever let it in, because treatment on its own only buys time.
What is included
Every item below is quoted on its own, or bundled into a single monthly contract with the rest of the building's services.
Treatment, proofing, then monitoring
The first visit deals with the activity. The second deals with the building: the entry points, the harbourage and the food source, which is usually a housekeeping problem rather than a pest problem.
After that, scheduled monitoring keeps the site clear. Bait points and monitors are recorded, each visit produces a written report, and activity is picked up while it is still one or two individuals rather than a population.
Discretion matters more than speed
For a restaurant, a hotel or a retail unit, being seen to have a pest problem is worse than the problem. Visits are arranged out of trading hours and vehicles and clothing are kept unbranded where the client asks for it.
The written record also matters. Where an environmental health officer asks what has been done, a file of dated reports answers the question far better than an assurance that somebody came out once.

How quickly can someone attend?
Active infestations are treated as urgent and attended as quickly as the site can be accessed. Preventative visits run to a fixed schedule agreed in advance.
Will you deal with the cause as well as the pests?
Yes. Proofing gaps, sealing entry points and correcting the housekeeping or waste storage that is feeding the problem are part of the job. Where the fix is a building repair, Kairos can carry that out directly.
Do you provide reports for environmental health?
Every visit produces a dated written report showing what was found, what was treated and what was recommended. That file is what an inspector will want to see.
