The site describes the facilities management services Kairos offers and lets you request a quotation. It is for information and enquiry only.

Submitting the quote form does not create a contract. It is a request for us to prepare a quotation. Any price we give you is an offer that becomes binding only when you accept it in writing and we confirm the work. Prices shown or discussed are subject to a site survey and to the scope agreed in writing.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Do not submit anyone else's personal data unless you have their permission, and do not submit anything unlawful, offensive, or designed to disrupt the site.

We handle the information you send in line with our Privacy Policy.

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error free. Service descriptions are general — the statutory testing and compliance obligations that apply to your building depend on the building itself, and nothing on this site is legal or compliance advice for your specific property.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

The content, branding, logo and design of this site belong to Kairos. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. You may not reproduce or republish them commercially without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or business, arising from your use of the site. Services we actually carry out for you are governed by the separate written agreement for that work, not by these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
